NPO

The task at NPO involved merging the brands ZAPP, Zappelin, and NPO3 into a single platform. The objective was to develop a Content Management System (CMS) that was both efficient and competitive with giants like Netflix and Disney. This required careful planning and design to ensure that users, especially young audiences, would have a seamless experience on the platform.

My responsibilities included designing wireframes, planning the CMS architecture, and contributing to the overall direction of the project. This meant a lot of collaboration, both internally with developers and externally with advertising agencies, to create a cohesive and appealing design that respected technical capabilities.

The Design Process

The design process started with thorough research into our users' needs and how we could translate those into an intuitive user experience. From there, I worked on developing wireframes and user flows that served as the foundation for the three new frontends. This step was crucial in establishing a solid groundwork for the project.

Simplify technology

The final outcome was an integrated CMS that brought together ZAPP, Zappelin, and NPO3 in a way that was both functional and user-friendly. This project was not just a technical achievement but also a significant step forward in how NPO could reach and engage its young audience.

This project at NPO demonstrated how vital a user-centered approach is in the design of digital platforms. It also highlighted the importance of collaboration and the willingness to learn and adapt throughout the process.
